RETURN POLICY

For change your mind, Isabella’s Fine & Antique Jewellery will exchange your purchase within 7 business days or provide you with a store credit to be used within 12 months. A cash refund is not available.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are to be send back to Isabella’s, the same way they were sent, and at the purchasers postage and insurance expense.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that as per the ACCC laws, we are within our rights to repair any minor faulty products at our expense. However, a refund would have to be deemed a ‘major’ problem and we will discuss for the best outcome with our customer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot ‘cash in’ Isabella’s gift cards. They are only available to purchase goods or services to the value on the cards.

If a product is received as a gift and is unwanted, you will not be refunded in cash for the product. We will only issue a credit note upon satisfactory return to Isabella’s and we can only issue one up to and including 14 days from purchase date.
